Green Eggs and Ham Demystified

2 large eggs + cheese + 1 slice ham (thin) + fresh spinach
all put into "The Magic Bullet" and blended
= Green Eggs and Ham

try it with cream cheese, too! one of Douglas and I's favorite places to go for breakfast in FoCo serves green eggs and ham. it's DELICIOUS!
